Q: Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

A: Yes, you can refer 15 friends per month. For every friend that you refer, I will send them an email with a 15% discount referral code. This allows all of your friends to enjoy Scentsy Products at a discounted rate not offered by other consultants.

Q: Do my referral codes expire?

A: Yes - the referral codes will expire 60 days from the day of activation (the day I email them out). The expiration date will be noted and bolded in the email I send to your friends.

Q: Do my referral credits expire?

A: Yes - all referral credits will expire 365 days from the day the last credit becomes active. As long as you keep referrals coming in - your credits will never expire & can be used however you would like.

Q: What can I used my referral credits towards?

A: That is up to you! You can use your credits towards Scentsy Warmers, Hanging Freshners, Rooms Sprays, Gift Certificates, Scentsy Bars, Shipping, Taxes, etc. (excludes Scentsy Starter Kit)

Q: How do I know how many referral credits I have earned and which of my referrals have acted on their discount?

A: I will keep track of your referral credits and friends who have used their discount codes. All you have to do is email me at and ask for a Referral Tracking Report and I will email it to you promptly so you know where you are at.

Q: How do I redeem my referral codes?

A: This one is simple! Give me a call or send me an email with your order and I will apply the credits to the order, you will be responsible for any left over balance, if any, at time of purchase.
