Scentsy is a direct selling, wickless candle company headquartered in Meridian, Idaho. The company is owned by Orville and Heidi Thompson and sells its products through a field sales force of 40,000 independent sales representatives known as Independent Scentsy Consultants, who market and sell Scentsy products through home parties.

What are wickless candles?
A wickless candle, called a Scentsy Bar or a Scentsy Brick, is a highly fragrant wax bar that is warmed to release fragrance into the air. Because the wax is gently warmed rather than burned, it can hold more fragrance oil than a traditional candle. And, because there is no flame, there is no smoke, soot or lead. Scentsy wickless candles are a safer alternative to traditional candles.
How is the wax warmed?
Scentsy’s beautiful ceramic warmers house a low-watt light bulb that slowly melts the Scentsy Bar or Scentsy Brick, filling your home with one of more than 80 unique, long-lasting scents.
The combination of a Scentsy Warmer with a Scentsy Bar is known as a Scentsy System.
How long will Scentsy Candles Last?
They will last anywhere from 50 to 80 hours! However, some fragrances have lasted longer, it all depends on the strength of the fragrance.
How do I clean the wax out of the Warmer?
That's simple! While the wax is still warm and melted you just pour the left over wax back into its container to save for later. While the cup is still warm, take a paper towl and gently wipe out the excess wax.
Where are Scentsy products made?
Scentsy’s wickless candles and home-fragrance products are made in Scentsy’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Meridian, Idaho. Our ceramic warmers are designed by Scentsy and made to our exacting specifications by our manufacturing partner.
What watt bulb is used in the warmer?
A standard 25 watt Candelabra base light bulb
How long can I leave my warmer on?
Think of your warmer as a lamp, you can leave it on for as long as you feel comfortable. Mine is plugged in the entire time we are home and awake!
Can I buy Scentsy in a retail location?
No. Scentsy is a direct selling company with a field sales force, known as Independent Scentsy Consultants, who sell our products through home parties, open houses, fairs and shows and fundraisers. Scentsy products are perfect for sharing in a party environment.
How can I buy Scentsy products?
Contact your local Independent Scentsy Consultant to place an order or host a party. When you host a party, you have a chance to share more than 80 unique Scentsy fragrances and dozens of warmers with your friends and family. Scentsy parties are easy to host–and you can earn free and half-price products while you’re having fun!
How long until delivery?
Your order will be delivered approximatly 2-3 weeks after being placed. They will arrive via UPS ground to the address used to place the order.
How much is shipping?
All orders of $150 plus (ordered directly from me!) include free shipping as long as they are all shipped to one address. All other order's, shipping is only 10%. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or Alaska incur a 20% shipping fee.
Does Scentsy have a catalog of products?
Yes. Each year, Scentsy releases two new catalogs–one in March for the Spring/Summer season and one in September for the Fall/Winter season. Click here to see our latest catalog, or visit with your Scentsy Consultant to receive your own catalog.
